Nicole (Nikki) brings nearly two decades of experience as a creative leader and producer in the local church. She’s passionate about building healthy teams, developing emotionally intelligent leaders, and creating thriving ministry cultures.

With a degree in leadership and a certification in The Six Types of Working Genius, Nikki is known for her insight, intentionality, and ability to bring out the best in others. She’s the author of Leadership Frameworks, a practical guide to growing the interpersonal skills essential for strong, effective teams.

Nikki serves as the Creative Arts Pastor at a multisite church in the Chicagoland area. She is the Founder and CEO of The Creative Level--a leadership coaching and culture consulting company and she serves as an Associate in the Slingshot Group’s Worship and Creative Arts division.
