Kristen Foster has spent her entire life in and around the Church, with much of her career serving in full-time ministry across Kids Ministry, Worship Ministry, and Church Operations. In 2022, she joined Ministry Brands as a Giving Success Specialist and now has the privilege of leading our Client Adoption team.

She is passionate about helping churches maximize the technology that supports their mission and crafting experiences that educate, encourage, and bring the most JOY to the ministries she gets to serve. Whether she’s coaching a team, partnering with church leaders, or developing adoption strategies, her goal is always the same: to help others feel supported, empowered, and equipped for success.
